Our organization is led by Raghav Kapoor who has 25 years of experience in investment management and entrepreneurship. He has worked at leading global institutions such as McKinsey & Company, Goldman Sachs, American Express and Merrill Lynch. Raghav has also been a founding member of a $1 billion investment fund focused on investing in public and private companies around the world. He has been a member of the investment team of over 100 investments across a range of industries and geographies. He has advised asset management organizations across all aspects of their business and has also managed a private equity fund and a hedge fund.
Raghav holds an MBA from Harvard University where he graduated amongst the top 5% of his class as a George F. Baker Scholar. Earlier, he was awarded a full academic scholarship to attend Stanford University where he completed degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics in record time (3½ years vs. the usual 5 years). He has pursued International Economics under his advisor Nobel Laureate Paul Krugman, researched Development Economics at the Hoover Institution, and studied the formation of the European Economic Community at Balliol College, Oxford University.
Raghav has been featured on BBC and CNBC. He has travelled to nearly 70 countries and enjoys international affairs, sailing, cricket, golf and swimming.
